The Estate: Organic design and refined rustic minimalism combined with a light Mediterranean touch and a floral and casual atmosphere.
Minimalism, characterized by its "tidiness" and the typical white color in its warm range, is combined with wood in its more naturalistic form, as well as with large-format rustic stone slabs on the floor. This combination is complemented by contemporary organic design and exquisite floral lighting, making the space feel more light and airy. The organic design, setting the feeling of lightness and informality, is enriched with beautiful arched elements, reminiscent of the Mediterranean and the beautiful coasts of Spain.
The design of the fireplace is original and entirely harmonizing with the overall organic design concept, as well as the curved organic staircase designed by the interior studio, executed in the same rough masonry as the walls and the structure of the fireplace itself.
The effect of contrasts, setting the characteristic unique style of the interior space, is a deliberate interior technique. The overall lighting of the house, in the chosen organic-floral style, bringing a light romantic touch, is in counterpoint to the rough stone flooring, giving the feeling of a "castle", and this is just part of the play between the feeling of "modern" and "old-fashioned".
The guest bathroom is designed to surprise and impress. It creates a soft and relaxing environment with a beautiful floral wallpaper.
The staircase stands out with its soft and organic shapes, blending seamlessly with the rest of the interior to create a sense of harmony and balance. Its design follows the organic concept, complementing the overall aesthetics of the project and bringing a sense of natural flow and lightness. Constructed with the same rustic masonry as the fireplace and walls, the staircase serves as a key element that connects the spaces and highlights the unique identity of the interior.
The walk-in closet extends the concept of organic design with arched elements that seamlessly transition into the space, blending practicality with coziness. The design follows the clean minimalist aesthetics characteristic of the project, while being enriched with refined rustic details and natural materials. The warm white tones and wooden accents create a sense of harmony, while the arches evoke Mediterranean influences and a casual atmosphere. Organic-floral lighting adds a touch of sophistication, enhancing the sense of lightness and airiness. This space is not just functional but crafted as part of the overall dialogue between the modern and the old-fashioned, creating a unique and stylish experience.
